RN

Registered Nurse (RN)

To provide nursing care, in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, to include

Comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the patient’s condition,

Health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and

Direct nursing care, wound care, chronic disease management, medication teaching and management, and more.

License Practical Nurse

Assist the Registered Nurse in carrying out the plan of care.

Activities of Daily Living

Bathing, grooming, and Dressing.

Helps the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful and safe environment, and more.

ADLs services if necessary may also be provided by an LPN or RN.

Physical Therapist

Assist the physician in evaluating patients, by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests. Instruct patient in care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, prosthetic and orthotic devices etc.

Occupational Therapist

Evaluate the patient’s significant other(s), and the home situation, to determine what instruction will be required and what family assistance will be available, in caring for the patient, as well as what other Agency and community services will be required. Guide and instruct the patient in prescribed therapeutic self-care and creative activities that are directed towards improving independence and physical and mental functioning, and more.

Speech Therapist

Services on hold, not accredited for now, will provide services once accredited
